Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided and securely pack your items in their original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until the package reaches our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Our team will inspect the items within 5 business days of arrival, and your refund or exchange will be processed immediately to your original payment method.
